Payments :

We accept Zelle, Cashapp, Venmo and Cash ( exact change only)

Payments should be made the same day the cleaning is done. There is a $30 charge for everyday the payment is late.

Before & After Pro Cleaning is proud to offer a 100% satisfaction gurantee policy. We take pride in cleaning and doing so in excellence. We have years upon years of experience and are confident in our skill. We want you to love the results and feel the cleanliness in your home. If for whatever reason you do not and are not 100% satisfied with your service we will happily retouch any areas needed FREE OF CHARGE AT THE TIME OF SERVICE. For the sake of our team members  time, we can only apply our 100% satisfaction guarantee if it is at the same time the service is completed. Unfortunately we cannot make any exceptions to this and we appreciate your cooperation and understanding. 

Maximum Hours:

Since Before & After Pro Cleaning has a flat-rate pricing model, we have a maximum amount of hours that can be worked for each type of job. If that time is exceeded, we will always let the customer know in advance of completion if we think we’ll go over the maximum hours allotted for their job and if there will be an up-charge.

Cancellation Policy:

Clients have up until 24 hours before service is to be completed to make any schedule changes or cancellations. Any cancellations made after this time will be charged a cancellation fee of $50 with the exception of emergencies.     

Safety Policies:

Reaching High Areas - Due to liability and safety reasons, our teams are not able to climb on ladders or reach high areas above 6 ft.

Moving Large Appliances or furniture - Due to liability reasons our cleaners are not able to move large appliances or furniture. We can however, clean around or underneath them. Clients can choose to move heavy appliances or furniture so that cleaners are able to get to the desired area.

Interior Window Cleaning - Due to liability & safety reasons, our teams are not able to climb on ladders or reach high areas. Window(s) should be accessible via 2-3 step ladder. 

Bio-Hazards: 

Before & After Pro Cleaning and it’s team do NOT clean up bodily fluids of ANY kind- human or animal. This includes but is not limited to : Vomit, diarrhea, urine, feces, blood, etc. This is not our job and is a biohazard.

If we happen to be cleaning and come across animal feces and you are home, we will kindly ask you to pick it up. If we are cleaning and you do not happen to be home, please understand that we cannot be responsible for said bodily fluids and will unfortunately have to leave stated bodily fluids where found and simply clean around it. Thank you for understanding that this poses a bio hazard for our employees and we cannot be responsible to clean such items. 

Health Hazards :

Before & After Pro Cleaning takes the health, wellbeing and safety of our team very seriously. with that, we cannot clean homes with but not limited to the following : toxic mold, mice, bed bugs, lice, ticks, fleas, stomach virus, common flu, or any contagious diseases. If our team arrives at a cleaning job and any of these health hazards are present we reserve the right to leave the property without cleaning. If our team shows up to a clients home and any of the above situations have not been disclosed and a team member gets sick or contracts said bed bugs, lice, etc. we reserve the right to sue said client or charge a restitution fee of a minimum of $500. 

Services we do NOT provide :

Before & After Cleaning Services does not wash, dry , iron or fold laundry. We strive for excellence in cleaning and want to use the time we are at your home wisely to do so. Thank you for respecting our time and recognizing that this takes a significant amount of time outside of cleaning. There are laundry services available, who’s sole purpose is to wash, dry and fold. Thank you for your understanding. :)

We do not provide window cleaning, we will clean the glass on the interior windows upon providing a move out or move in clean, however that is the full extent of our window washing services. No exterior window cleaning of any kind is provided.

At Before & After Cleaning Services, we take pride in our services and give our all, but please keep in mind that ultimately you get what you pay for, a standard clean will cost less, but a deep clean will give you a much more in depth clean that lasts longer. Remember you are paying for our time :)
